immediate and Swift actions

Someone pointed out to me on the other thread that the 3.5 core reprints came out with updated errata in 2012. I am trying to find a copy to see if immediate /swift actions are in there, because those rules would be more upto date than the CR.

Just for completeness:

I disagree with the DMs reasoning (but, honestly, it is his game and what he says goes. I think it bad form for players to argue things past a certain point), but I feel there is a point there, which I made on the other thread. That is, when do actions reset?

I don't think there is a hard-and-fast answer to that for all types of action - 3.5e never made any such general rule, and tends to go on a case-by-case basis.

However, there is an answer to when Swift/Immediate actions reset - it's defined in their rules. The rule says that an Immediate action taken after the end of your turn eats the Swift action on your next turn. That's really just a longer way of saying that Swift/Immediate actions reset upon the end of your turn.
