So I am wondering other than getting the bonus for improve trip (+4), what other ways to get a bonus on trip attacks? I just trying to compile a list of them.

Use a tripping weapon
Gain height
Increase your Str
Some maneuvers in Tome of Battle use the Trip mechanic and give you bonuses when doing so. Check out the Setting Sun school.
Some soulmelds in Magic of Incarnum give you bonuses to trip.

I don't think so (aside from the obvious ones and obscure supplement ones Riga notes above). Trip attacks are straight ability checks, the +4 bonus from Imp. Trip is huge. Any more bonuses and tripping a medium opponent will almost be automatic.

A race with Powerful Build (half-giant, goliath) or a character with the Jotunbrud FR Regional feat are treated as one size larger for Tripping purposes - an effective +4.

They grant a +2 bonus, as noted in the descriptions of the individual weapons. I just doubled-checked, and none of the martial and simple weapons in the Player's Handbook v3.5 offer this bonus. Only some obscure exotic weapons do.

Are there any that actually grant a +2 bonus for trips? Some are listed as being able to make trips and some have +2 for disarming but I did not see any that gave a +2 bonus to tripping.

Are you open to venturing outside WotC?

The Swords & Sorecery "Player's guide to Fighters and Barbarians" by White Wolf (admittedly a 3E supplement) has a nice feat called Polearm Trip - it allows the use of any long-hafted two-hander as a tripping weapon and you consider yourself to be one size category than you actually are for the purpose of such a trip attempt.
