Pathfinder 1E In Pathfinder 1e, do half-elves and half-orcs get the human bonus feat by virtue of being half-human?

There is a debate amongst members or my PF1e group as to whether half-elves and half-orcs get the human bonus feat by virtue of being half-human. Is this correct? I've seen where it has been said that half-orcs and half-elves get access to the rule elements of humans since they are half-human. Is the full human bonus feat one of these rules elements?

As much as I would love my half-orcs and half-elves to get the human bonus feat, in some respects, I just don't see why anyone would ever play a human again if the half races get this bonus feat.

I haven't played PF1e in a while, but I've never heard that. Humans, half-elves, and half-orcs are completely separate races as far as the rules are concerned, afaik. The extra feat is specific to humans, whereas half-elves and half-orcs each get their own set of racial traits.

Both half-elves and half-orcs have human as one of their subtypes (the other subtype being elf and orc, respectively). So that would mean they benefit (or suffer) from anything else that keys off the human subtype. But they don't get any of the listed racial features in the Human race entry in the rules. They each have their own entry that they follow instead.
