In-person Game cancelled. What do you play?

In person, I’d offer the players who did show up a couple options. First, there are RPGs I can offer to play at the drop of a hat, 10 to 15 min to get up and running including character creation, such as Mork Borg. Second, I have a bag full of Tiny Epic board games covering a variety of game styles and genres. Easy set up, simple rules.

Afraid I'm no help since we just pull the plug.

Edit: that said, one player dropping wouldn't do that; if that happens someone else just plays their character.
