Information Request: Psionics

My group isn't fond of psionics, but we have one player who loves them and asks to include them in every game. Finally, we agreed.

For the first two sessions, he used 'detect hostile intent' on every single NPC encountered, at every single interaction. No matter how friendly they seemed.

Then the PCs were called to a war council with the King. There was a knock at the door, it was one of the courtiers, who proceeded to walk into the room, draw a poisoned knife, and fatally stab the king.

Guess who forgot to detect hostile intent? :D

(You probably aren't looking for anecdotes, but I couldn't help but share the memory. Whenever I hear psionics, that's what I think of.)
But... but... you can't fight in the war room!

I understand threads that compile data, I've made one or two, and I appreciate their existence.

However, usually the thread's creator begins by having done a lot of legwork on the front end. Then the rest of us, seeing how much work has already been done, get excited and contribute. I would be much more likely to add to a ball that is already rolling, than be asked by someone else to start and do it all for them.

Threads? No. I do not make threads. I find threads. I devower threads. I Sift through threads. I Filter threads. But no, I do not "make" threads.

This is an information request for directions to any works you may have seen so I can avoid "reinventing" the wheel. Currently the EVD is 71 files of compiled and sifted work condensed and streamlined into various topics that have been addressed time and time again on various boards. Currently in beta release.

My current project is the psionomicon and allow me to assure you, I have little need of your help. If anything, I have found waiting on other people to slow me down. I work much faster alone. Thank you for showing an interest in the project and a desire to... err... something. But if it hasn't already been posted, I don't need any more input. If you wish to review and contribute AFTER I am finished, I will consider having you help with Stage 4.

Current Project Status (Stage 1-On Going):
Stage 1: Raw Data Collection
Stage 2: Data Optimization
Stage 3: Editorial Review/Contribution
Stage 4: Peer Review

Powers (3.5): v1.01
Powers (3.0): v1.01
Powers Lists: b0.01
Feats: b0.03
Classes: b0.01

Estimated time to completion of stage 1: 1-2 week(s).
