I was wondering this exact thing last week, when I remembered that ENWorld has files for download. One download of Initiative tracker later and I'm a happy camper.

I have one. I also found some dry erase markers at OfficeMax with a magnet and eraser in the cap. It is made of win.

Even better is using both wet and dry erase markers on it. wet erase for long term stuff (names of PCs mainly) and dry erase for everything else. The wet erase stays on but the dry erase is easily removed. Just be sure you don't use the dry erase on the battle mat.

Great idea. Consider this pilfered.

With a little work you can have a mini PC character sheet on their index card and the monster statblock for the monster who's turn it is on the monsters card.

I would recommend getting some cardstock from your favorite office supply store and printing onto that, then cutting them up as needed.

Also (a tip we learned after a while of doing it differently) when a player wants to delay his action, hand him/her their card back and when it comes time for them to act place it back in the stack in their new delayed order.

And if the mini character sheet cards are slipped into plastic sleeves, a wet erase pen can be used to mark conditions, temporary bonuses, etc.
