Input Requested: Homebrew Monsters

First Post
I'm running a modified version of the Rod of Seven Parts in my homebrew world. I've already got a strong chaotic based female power and frankly, I don't want to duplicate her. I have the Queen of Air and Darkness, the goddess of the Fey. So, I'm trying to adapt some things to jive more with that.

To that end, I'm taking the conversions of the spyder-demons and tooling them over to be Fey Creatures. They're not meant to even be exact transitions, I'm making some off the cuff changes to match them up with my world, my style, and ... well, exisiting miniatures. :)

For instance, in my Type 1 ... the Kakkuu, I replaced Darkness for a spell of the same level, since I'm not really comfortable with DMing magical darkness. I'm also not a fan of a low hit die creature having teleport without error at will, so ... I made a change there. I also wanted them large. The web conversion with the Kakkuu seemed unnecesarily different, so I just pulled the large spider out of the vermin section.

So, assuming this is the correct place, I'd like folks to take a look over this creature. I'm looking to fix in a CR (for XP) and to see if there's something I really messed up on.

Web (Ex): Spider-Fey can throw a web eight times per day. This is similar to an attack with a net but has a maximum range of 50 feet, with a range increment of 10 feet, and is effective against targets up to one size category larger than the spider. An entangled creature can escape with a successful Escape Artist check (DC 19) or burst it with a Strength check (DC 23). Both are standard actions whose DCs are given in the table below. The check DCs are Constitution-based, and the Strength check DC includes a +4 racial bonus.
Spider-Fey can create sheets of sticky webbing from 5 to 60 feet square, depending on the size of the spider. They usually position these sheets to snare flying creatures but can also try to trap prey on the ground. Approaching creatures must succeed on a DC 20 Spot check to notice a web; otherwise they stumble into it and become trapped as though by a successful web attack. Attempts to escape or burst the webbing gain a +5 bonus if the trapped creature has something to walk on or grab while pulling free. Each 5-foot section has 12 hit points, and sheet webs have damage reduction 5/—.
A monstrous spider can move across its own web at its climb speed and can pinpoint the location of any creature touching its web.
Spell-Like Abilities: At will – Fog Cloud, Scare, Telekinesis, Teleport; 1/day – Greater Teleport. These abilities are as the spells cast by a 10th-level sorcerer (save DC 11 + spell level).

I'd call it about CR 5. It doesn't have very many hp or a great AC; if you're shooting for a higher CR without increasing the HD, I'd suggest increasing the lethality of the poison (perhaps change it to con damage) or adding another offensive ability of some kind, or else making this guy harder to kill.
