Inspiration is a PC-on-PC Social Skills Question

Yep. Some power source has imbued them with word magic. Making their ability to influence, motivate, inspire and/or manipulate others a supernatural gift. Still sounds good to me.
That doesn't really answer my question.

Why is my devoted, acolyte, insightful fighter not imbued with divine magic?
But a cleric is?

Before I can answer that, I must first point out your false correlation between the noble background and being a natural leader. Noble is a birthright, not a personality. Or are you saying you cannot come up with example nobles who lack those high social features? Because nothing in the background description indicates what you claim it does. Again, I strongly recommend getting your hands on a 5e PHB and taking a look. Noble is on 135, BTW.

As for taking a feat to be inspirational, bingo. I'm glad you finally see it too. Want to be inspirational (with mechanical benefits to show for it)? There's a feat for that. Exactly. Thank you.
Before i can answer that i must first point out your false correlation between the warlord and being a leader. One let's you motivate your allies, not change their personality. Or are you saying you cannot come up with an example warlord who lacks isn't admired by his allies? Because nothing in the class description indicates what you claim it does. Again, I strongly recommend getting your hands on a 4e PHB and taking a look. Can't give you the page number where they stupidly redefine "leader" instead of calling it "support" though.

As for the magic initiate feat, bingo. I'm glad you finally see it too. Want to be a holy character (with mechanical benefits to show for it)? There's a feat AND a 2 full classes for that. Exactly. Thank you.

Double negative? Not sure what you are intending to ask.

Because nothing in the class description indicates what you claim it does.
What class description?

Again, I strongly recommend getting your hands on a 4e PHB and taking a look.
To discuss 5e? What an odd request. I recommend you use 4e references when discussing 4e. We are discussing 5e.

Can't give you the page number where they stupidly redefine "leader" instead of calling it "support" though.
So you want to refer to 4e material to prove leaders aren't leaders, but can't because 4e leaders are leaders? Dizzying.

As for the magic initiate feat, bingo. I'm glad you finally see it too. Want to be a holy character (with mechanical benefits to show for it)? There's a feat AND a 2 full classes for that. Exactly. Thank you.
Correct. Want to play a fighter who also has a touch of divine power. There's a feat for that. Want to play a fighter who is also an inspirational leader? There's a feat for that too. I see working as intended. What is the issue?

There is none.

You can have both an feat and a class using the same mechanic.
