Iron DM 2011--All slots filled--LET'S PLAY!

This will only be my second time and the last time was 8 years ago. I'm going to be running games for Cubicle 7 but the two game systems I'll be doing are brand new and I only received the PDFs about a week and a half ago. Which means I'm learning two completely new systems at the same time, trying to grok them well enough to do them justice. Not to mention I still need to learn the adventures I'll be running, one of which I don't have yet. :P

Fun times. :D

Yikes. I totally forgot about GenCon, myself. Never gone, but always wanted to, it's just too far and kind of out of my budget. In any case, good luck running the systems, and whenever you get a chance for judging is fine, though I figure this one more judgement and you can initiate the final round and the honorable mention match simultaneously.

Sorry I wasn't able to get my judgement in earlier, guys. I'm also going to be at Gencon, playing mostly 4e stuff, a little savage worlds, and in a nutty 4thcore tournament. ;) Oh, and shopping.....

Yeah, Pour, it's the 4thCore Team Teathmatch.

Our team is "Don't Make This Weird". And we always do. (We play the D&D Championship, too, with the same team name. Last year's performance was very disappointing, though, and we're not huge fans of the new format ... and one of our stars isn't going to be there... so this is certainly going to be our BEST YEAR EVAR!).

AS for the shopping... I'm the big joke in our group, the one who can be counted on to buy any goofy accessory no matter now unlikely it is we'll ever use it. So I have a huge collection of things like the alea tools magnetic disks, the dark platypus condition posts and flags, etc. It's a sickness.

Enworld was very glitchy for me this morning and I was posting even as I was getting ready for a funeral. I did want to clarify, however, my role in both funerals I mentioned was as the person conducting the services and providing the eulogy. I was not grieving, apart from the natural grief one feels when in its company so condolences are not necessary, though the thoughts are appreciated.

I'm available all this week to finish up the contest before GenCon begins in full swing. I've been checking daily, but if we know something is happening soon, please post a heads up. I can stay logged in after that for ingredients.

I think I will have internet at the hotel at Gencon. I will be running between 8 and 12 hours worth of games a day though, so I don't know how quick I will be to respond as a judge.

I don't expect to have any judging going on during GenCon, honestly. Pretty sure 2/3 if not all the judges are attending. I'm game for whenever, though, before, during or after.
