Are the stats already presumed to have been adjusted for race and level or can we modify them?Sorry for the misundersatnding but just wanna be crystal clear.

:)

The stats are raw and in no particular order.

You can assign any number to any ability
You then get to modify them for racial abilities
You also get to add any ability increases for the character's levels.

As soon as Sixchan and Madman75 Chim in we can have all of round 1 going.

One challenge is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm tomorrow. Angelsboi vs. Bugbear Beholder will start tomorrow between 3:45 and 4:15.

If Sixchan or Madman75 do not post an all ready but 3:00pm tomorrow then an alternate will be able to step into their place.

Alternate, this is what I'm good at afterall...

count me in! but email me when you update, so I remember to post.

I need your email address, mine is tomender@ptd.net. It would also be helpful if I had Grendel's addy incase I need to call one of you to task. After all he is the first alternate.

um.... Bards can be CN and NE but not CE, correct?

I made a faux pa - roll with it guys, be creative think of a good reason and use it in the background - after all it is the Iron PC contest.

Do we place the ingredients in the character's History or Background, or do they have to be a large part of the character?

[Edit] Re-read things. Hm. Okay! That's understandable. Hm. This would be So Much Easier if this wasn't a PC but an NPC.

I'm glad I got the warning soon enough! :)

The ingeredients need to be seemlessly integrated. It can be part of something memorable in the history, in important family member, an item that was gotten in a special way. Basically you have three things to use in the stat block and three ingredients to use in your flavor text. If you think it would be easier to create an NPC then look at them that way. An NPC and PC are the same thing except the GM plays one of them.
