D&D 5E Ironfang Invasion 5E conversion (OOC)

Charwoman Gene and Sungold, both look good to me, I think we are just waiting on one, well and everyone else to move their character over to the Rogues' Gallery.

My plan is to get the first post up either Saturday or Sunday, it should leave it open for all your characters to talk for a little while, get to know each other if they don't already, before I move the plot along with a post on Monday night.

Speaking of knowing each other... I made this chart

Lal Qualander (Ancalagon, barbarian): Outsider (*very*)
Raux Amberchy (Jason.knepper, ranger): Local (who left and returned)
Harb Lorreak (Greenmtn, paladin): Outsider (right?)
Flint Stronginthearm (JustinCase, dwarven sorcerer): Outsider
Sister Grace (Charwoman Gene, Cleric): Outsider I think?
Vindethrevolan (River Song, Wizard): Outsider (?)
Corsa (Sungold, rogue): Outsider

Unless I didn't read properly, all but one PC aren't local to the village. This may make the "who knows whom" bit a little more difficult (I'm sure we can come up with something). Harb and Lal clearly know each other already having met on the road as determined by Fate, others may have met on the road too. Although what brings us all to a village at the same time....

I am happy for Vin to have met Corsa on a ship passage and happy to shoe-horn anyone else in if it suits?

That would work.

Corsa would not go near a boat on the sea right now, but she'd find it more comfortable/preferable to take river-boats heading inland (vs walking), if those are a thing.

Besides, she and Vin both seem to have it out for nobles, in their own way. :)

Here's a map of the region, if it helps anyone else figure out how to meet up.

As best I can tell, Phaendar is somewhere along the river circled in purple. (But someone please correct me if I've got that wrong!)

If I understand what everyone has said thus far:

Lal is coming from Tamran, and met Harb on the way west.

Flint is coming from Kraggodan.

Corsa came from a port on the bay in the west. Pirates couldn't get away with stopping near a big city like Korvosa, but they might be brazen enough for a quick stop in a smaller city--perhaps one to the south. She bumped into Vin somewhere along the way heading inland.
