We got just under $1000 back, but it's going to be put back into our house between some minor landscaping, a new fence, and whatever's left over going towards either new carpeting or a gas stove (so my gaming group won't be able to complain that it's too cold at my place next winter). So even though we got a decent amount back, it's already earmarked for other things. So no game buying spree from tax returns, it'll just have to come from my paycheck like it does every other month.
I once got a refund check for .26 cents for overpaying some county fee a few years ago. Cost more for them to put the stamp on the envelope than the check was worth...
