Is Polyhedron Lame or what??

re: topic line. That would be "or what."

There are different games in the RPGA, Living Jungle, Living Force, Living Arcana and so on, put info about these in your magazine I might want to play them if I knew more about them.

I really have little or no interest in the RPGA... I simply am not a con-goer and do not find playtesting to be all that fun, so see little reason to join. I would be seriously put out if the contents of the polyhedron were seriously oriented towards material that I cannot use. As it stands, I can use what is in the Polyhedron section.

Polyhedron rocks the casbah

Seriously, its so much better now than it was. I really enjoyed the Shadowchasers minigame in the last issue, and I'm even looking forward to Spelljammer(!) Nice work, Mr. Mona.

I've been very annoyed that while it's become a 'd20 magazine' it's so far had no original Open Gaming Content.

While that doesn't legally violate the whole d20 thing since it's WotC; it sure violates the spirit of it all.

Otherwise I've liked the actual content.

No, in fact, it rocks!

Having been a Polyhedron subscriber for just the previous year (so I could get Living Greyhawk Gazette), the new focus and content of Dungeon/Polyhedron blows the old one away. As to the "game per issue" feature, how can you dislike that?

And Jim Mahfood's cover for Shadowchasers was Funkylicious...

New Polyhedron rocks. Can't compare it with the old Poly, since I never saw a copy.

Sorry, Dagger75, you are a very small minority.

I like the Polyhedron a lot. We are going to run a Pulp Fiction campaign soon. I think the add-on with Dragon has made the new mag a steal.

Definitely "or what". I think it's wonderful that they're including Polyhedron with Dungeon. I loved the Pulp d20 system and I think it's a great venue for different d20 systems and other offerings that WotC doesn't feel fit into Dragon.

I got yer 6, Dagger75!

I'm not a big fan of Polyhedron, myself. D&D is really the only game I play - I'd like to have the time for other stuff, but it ain't happening. It just vexes me to have a big chunk of the magazine I only get every couple of months to now be dedicated to games/settings/etc. that I won't use. Oh, well - at least I get the same amount of Dungeon as I did before, and Polyhedron looks to be pretty popular with the majority here, so I won't cry too much. I just wanted to make sure Dagger75 didn't feel too cold and alone.

I will go with "or what...."

I think it is alot better in general...overall the writing is better, ythe topics...

keep up the good work...
