Is Proof Against Transmutation armor enchantment from the MoF an Epic enchantment?

Is Proof Against Transmutation (p. 137 of Magic of Faerun) armor enchantment an Epic enchantment? It lists this enchantmet as having a "Market Price: +6 bonus". Magic of Faerun was published before the Epic Level handbook was. The Magic of Faerun book seems to make no reference to this item being epic as well. Are armors with this enchantment now Epic? Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

Technically it should be because of the +6. The power is pretty good, so I could see it being epic.

the Speed element for armor from DotF should be epic, though.

Should be perhaps, but is it?

No, as it is it is the best armor option. Permanent haste as long as you wear the armor. +4 AC, extra partial actial. Really darn good. Too darn good.

True... but, it makes little sense that an item that one week a character could make without problem, the next week he can't? And what if the item is already made? (as is the case with me).

Then the DM needs to make a judgement call. It's nothing new when new rules and options are printed that overlap or errrata the old ones. THat's why they get the big bucks.
