Specifically, does a warlock gain concealment (from shadow walk) when he teleports?

According to Customer Support it is. Upside; you get to have concealment from teleports that are 3 or more squares in distance. Downside; the negatives associated with movement of more than 2 squares and Stealth.

The teleportation section on page 286 refers to it as movement twice, so I'd uess that it is. Seems kinda strange to me, but there it is.

It's movement alright, but doesn't count as such for a few pretty significant cases (Immobilizied and Slowed to mention two).
