Is there an official LA+0 Drow?

I'd like to play a Drow for the style and not the powers. Are there rules for playing one with an LA+0? How did they do it?

Note, that that one (as the SS approach) does not give you LA+0, but LA+2. It only let's you play the character from ECL 1+, but you do not also get a class level for the first two levels.

In my game, the GM allowed my drow to essentially be a LA +0 character. I took the daylight blindness penalty in exchange for +2 Intelligence. Not a bad trade off since I mostly wanted to roleplay a drow.

Also, if you think expansively, there can me many types of drow with differing special abilities and powers (or lack there of).

Right, but I just wanted an official drow without all the powers that make it LA+2. The ECL 1 drow in the link above fits the bill perfectly. I just won't take the two extra racial levels, or whatever you call them.

You have to, actually. They're required.

An ECL race that's been broken down into a by-level progression has to be completed before you can go on to other things. You can't just stop half way through and go do other stuff.
