Exceptional Dire Owls can be trained as mounts.

Dire owls attack by swooping down and attacking with their claws.
Rend (Ex): If a dire owl hits with both claws, it rips and tears at the flesh automatically dealing 2d4+6 damage.
Skills: Owls receive a +8 racial bonus to Listen checks, and a +14 to Move Silently checks. *They receive a +8 racial bonus to Spot checks in dusk and darkness.

dont mean to nitpick, but y did u give it a subtype of (bird)? It isnt used any where else, but r u goin for a new type? if so, WHY?! not that it really matters... great work, man!:D

I have no stats for a normal one, I only saw it once at least 5 years ago on "The really wild show".(I'll give that Dire camal A go though!)

Pyrobob: Well, mostly because I felt like it, and also, wouldn't it be nice if the animals showed what kind of vertebrae they are.
(The groups of vertebrae are: Mammals, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, and Fish.)
The system is kinda like the subtypes for humanoids (Ex: Humans, Elf, Dwarf, Goblinoid, ect. ect.)

Ferret: 'The really wild show', Thats the one with Michaela Straken right? And why in damnation do you think that I have the stats for the achidna?

Later :D
