I'm guessing that by "who" you meant who's in this thread's main purpose}, by "where" you meant the setting, and by "why" you meant the main plot hook.
Well, then the "who"-list will slowly generate itself, and for the "where" i suggest/recommend the Forgotten Reralms setting: most people know of it, and it's the most thoroughly developed one.

No, the setting has been decided as Juxta/Oerth (if the wizo's allow us), it will take place mostly on the chat site for that reason.

the Who is "Who is doing this". The Why is the why is who doing this.

The where is "Where on Juxta and Oerth is their base of operations?"

Fmm, ouch. I'm completely incompetent on Oerth {never read Greyhawk nor plaied on Oerth}, and my ideas of Juxta are only from what i read in the Wiz0es' posts and theyr links... Also, i had been having problems trying to connect to the chatrooms, so i'll need help with that.
Well, i'm still in for playing a PC though, if someone would help me solve the chat's bugs.

That's the problem - nothing happens. The chat just doesn't open at all... no new window, no new things in the netscape window, no nothing, from the moment i click to enter it.

I have tried netscape from time to time, and always had a trouble getting into the chat site, try changing the setting that it uses to get in..

The tabe bar below the login part says , [Use Default] change that to [HTLM, (use with all other browsers: limited version, no dowload) ] it should work then....

If not it wont hurt anything to try it...
