Dunno, I'm not particularly impressed by Raptorans myself -- they're a little too much of a one-trick pony for my tastes. Mechanics aren't bad though for an LA +0, and I am curious about seeing this Skypledged prestige class.

I think it is based on some art in one of the MMs or Fiend Folio.
