D&D General JMISBEST's questions. Most of them about campaign ideas that either he or A GM he knows has and wants to know what people think

The situation you describe isn't what happened in the dream. Rather in the dream they attacked and captured The Ship 10 days before the war ended but by the time they got the captured Spanish Ship to A English Port, were they could claim the prize, the war had been over for 6 days
The situation that you describe isn’t what happened in the dream either. What happened is that a Privateer entered a port with a Spanish galleon and they CLAIM they captured it before the cease-fire was signed. They also have a strong incentive to lie.

Would the port authorities believe the English privateer’s claim? Like others have said, it depends on many different circumstances, most of which are outside the control of the privateer.

Most likely, I think it would depend on whether the PORT had heard of the cease-fire before the privateer came in. If the port authorities had heard about the ceasefire, it’s a lot easier to believe that the privateer is lying.

I've had a idea for A Dnd Campaign that's heavily based on Season 1 of Shinzo from 2,002 and need ideas for The 7 Enterran Generals, AKA the Campaigns 7 primary villains, even if they only faced 4 of them in the show. Can you give ideas for them?

It will use Dnd edition 3.5, here's the order they'll be faced in in the rpg and the minimum levels they must be. Can you suggest stats, levels and skills?, its been many years since I GM'd Dnd edition 3.5 and I'm out of my league

The 1st is The Insect Emperor Darku, he's Lawful Evil and he will be at least A 5th level Rogue/4th level Fighter

The 2nd is The Beast King Diahanger, he's Lawful Evil and will be at least A 11th level Barbarian

The 3rd is The Sea Queen Franklin, she's Neutral Evil, she's A 12th level Dark Druid, Dark Druid is A Class that will be unique ro the campaign that's almost identical to The Druid Class, the only difference is that Dark Druids must be of Neutral Evil Alignment

The 4th is The Warlord of Phantoms Kamilass, whose A Chaotic Lawful 14th level Cleric

The 5th is The Reptile Emperor Reumor, he's Lawful Evil, he's A 16th level Tracker, Tracker is A Class A GM I know made that's almost identical to The Ranger, the only difference is that Rangers must be of Lawful Evil Alignment

The 6th is The High Queen of Birds Rusephine, she's A 18th level Wizard and has A very rare Magic Item that gives her the abilities of A 5th level Fighter, she's Lawful Neutal

The 7th is The Grand High Dark King Mushrambo, he's Chaotic Evil, he's A Fallen 11th level Paladin that fell so far that he became A Blackguard, he's now A Level 11 Blackguard/Level 9 Assassin and he has A very rare Magic Item that gives him the abilities of A 5th level Warlock

I don’t know what Shinzo is, but I have DMing 3.5e since it came out. Feel free to ask any questions.

My big advice is don’t try to go to level 20. Stop at about level 12-13. It’s enough and 3.5e gets (imho) unplayably complicated at higher levels. I also stick almost entirely to Core Rules, but that’s up to you, of course.

Somethings just occurred to me

The solo 2nd edition Dnd Adventure Fighters Challenge II says that if the fighter is successful and is A Noble then he or she will get a extra reward that consists of him being permitted to found a small domain

The thing is that even though it clearly states that the fighter will only get the extra reward that consists of him being permitted to found a small domain it doesn't say if will only get the extra reward if he's of noble birth or if a fighter of common birth that earned a noble title will also get the extra reward

Being able to build a domain or tower or theives‘ guild was in the core rules AD&D 1e. It was a guarantee, just a possibility.

You might enjoy the “Kingmaker“ adventure path for Pathfinder 1, or the Xbox/PC game Pathfinder: Kingmaker where you can obtain and grow a domain, becoming a noble.

2 things

The 1st is that Fighters Challenge II was for 2nd edition Dnd

The 2nd is that being granted the right to found a domain was guaranteed to anyone that's A Noble but that doesn't mean that The Fighter will, after all he or she may not be able to spare the time, effort, resources, money and time off from adventuring

Also

Ooops I forgot to put the question in the original thread. The question is even though the supplement says that your character only gets the right to found a domain if he or she's a noble it doesn't say whether your Fighter has to be of Noble Birth or if your Fighter can be someone that despite being born a commoner somehow earned himself or herself A Noble title

So what do you think?, can your Fighter only earn the right to found a domain if he or she is of noble birth or can he or she be someone that despite being born a commoner somehow earned himself or herself A Noble title.

i mean, if it only specifies you must be an noble and not how you came about being one, then i think it doesn't matter if you're of noble birth or a commoner raised up the ranks of society

I've realized that I forgot to mention that in my opinion the reason that people that wrote it didn't specify whether the Fighter had to of noble birth or whether he or she could be someone of common birth that earned A Noble Title is because they wanted to leave the choice up to The GM's but I wanted to know what other people thought about it
