Job Search Database

I spotted a module for PostNuke (the software I'm using for the new site) which is pretty simple to install. It creates a jobs database - e.g. publishers post that they are looking for an artist, or artists advertise that they are looking for work, that sort of thing.

I've seen a few "recruitment" threads here recently. Would such a system be of use?
