[July] So what are you playing?

My current campaign is a PBEM running in the Kingdoms of Kalamar (modified of course).

First story arc was a heavily modified Wizards Amulet / Crucible of Freya.

Next story arc will be the Saltmarsh series.

Still can't manage to keep a regular schedule for a face to face game, so I'm playing PbP here instead.

Running a T20 game that's been going for a while, and a Testament game that's just starting up. I'm hoping that the Mechwarrior game I'd been in starts up again, and I'm hoping to start playing in some others - doghead's commoners' D&D game, and a couple Call of Cthulhu games.

I'm continuing my D&D 3.5E World of Greyhawk/Great Kingdom campaign.

Currently we're playing through "The Seventh Arm" adventure from Dungeon #88 by Tito Leati. :)

Cheers!

Started playing the Conan rpg last month and are now going into session #3. Tonight, we are going to do an Angel rpg adventure that I might continue to run on off-weeks depending on how much the players like it. I know I'm pretty excited about it.

Currently running an Exalted game set in the Kingdom of Halta, and a Deadlands classic game (just starting..technically started Saturday, but some of the players were absent..about half of 'em).

I'm hoping to start up an Eberron campaign, if not this month, then next month, to suppliment the two other games.

My brother and I are starting an Arcana Unearthed game. Our gaming group has ballooned to 8 players, so he and I are trying a co-DM experiment, with a storyline designed to branch and force the group to split occasionally.

This should be interesting. If all goes well, and I avoid my normal procrastination, you'll see a story hour out of this.

I'm always amazed at how often other games change. We're playing in July the same game we played last week, last month, last year. A FR campaign with 3 DMs (round-robin style, not simultaneous) with a major extraplanar invasion taking place in Tethyr. (Invaders are ECL +10 humanoids.) At the moment the invaders are pushing into Amn and Calimport, most of Tethyr (except the far eastern parts) has fallen. In a few months we expect to kill off our ftr/clr's deity.

Technically this game is an offshoot of our 2e FR game. The last adventure the 2e characters went on involved thousands of undead being gathered and transported through a gate to parts unknown. The invaders are using many augmented undead in their assaults and unknown to the players, these are the undead that were "kidnapped" from the Silverymoon area (where the 2e game was centered).

Everyone just turned 14th level at last night's game. They're off to find some artifact that's mentioned in a prophesy involving a major invasion. We don't expect to send the party up against the leaders of the invasion until they get closer to Epic level.

So what have you been playing RPGwise? (Game/Campaign/module etc)
Hmm... let's see, I've been playing:

Living Greyhawk: I have a 1st level half-orc barbarian (1/2 backlunish desert nomad), a 6th level human sorcerer (Backlunish/Suel mix), and a 14th level dwarven Fighter/Monk/Dwarfen Defender/Devoted Defender/Templar), all of whom played at least one module in the last month.

Living Arcanis: A 9th level Dark-Kin Rogue, and a 7th level Elven Cleric, both of whom were played in the last month

Living Spycraft: a 4th level Urban Assault soldier (sniper)

Living Force: A 4th level Rhodian Scoundrel/Soldier (going for bounty hunter)

Home Games:

I'm running two Forgotten Realms campaigns, one with 2nd level characters and the other with 9th and 10th level characters.

I'm playing in a home Spycraft game, where I have a 3rd level Martial Artist.

I'm going to be starting an Eberron campaign soon.

Oh yeah, and I'm the RPGA Coordinator for Hexacon, and the president of the local RPGA club.

Running D&D 3.5 every Wednesday night and occasional weekend nights. Finished Lost City of Barakas a few sessions ago and the group is firmly planted in political intrigue in Zandyrium.

If you ever get to my neck of the woods (Central Illinois) please look us up - we have lots of players, but we always enjoy having a guest player at the table.

Since we are all sharing . . .

Playing: Not much - finalising the 3.5 conversion of my insanely brilliant 19th level Swashbuckler/Wizard (that I started as a baby level 1 Fighter with the Swashbuckler Kit many years ago) before the characters and the campaign take a break of at least a few months.

Running: This Friday the first session of my new campaign. FR. After thosands of words redesigning the magic system, societal mores, and generally being a painful DM I hit on a fantastic new concept: burn the notes, if it is printed, we own it, and only if it has "D&D" and "3.5" can you use it; no twists, pick a character - old skool - Lock And Load !
Should be refreshing.
