How does "jump back" come into play? If there is supposed to be no more facing, there is no "back" towards which to jump. I can possibly see very specific instances in which a DM could rule a character can't turn ... but even then, that would almost appear to be a house ruling as characters are supposed to be able to "turn" for free.
Aside from DM-ruled instances, is there any reason I really shoudn't ignore the "jump back" and simply use "standing jump" for such checks? Thanks.
