Current music includes Moon Over the Freeway by The Ditty Bops, Ante Casu Peccati by Corvus Corax, Come On In by R.L. Burnside, and, as always, Beethoven's 9th Symphony, this time the Solti recording thereof.

Picked up The Who's Ultimate Collection. Good stuff.

Also been listening to:
- United Abominations - Megadeth - Blech. It sucks. The System Has Failed was much better. UA is too politicky and too sucky in the lyric department.
- Year Zero - NIN - I've decided that it sucks. Too little music, too much Reznor 'talking' and making crappy noise that he passes for music.
- Dark Side of the Moon - Floyd - Still as good as ever. I can listen to this over and over without getting tired of it.
- Perfect Strangers - Deep Purple - Knockin' on Your Back Door may have the dumbest lyrics ever, but the opening rocks too much.
- Machine Head - Deep Purple - Classic Purple.

Im a huge fan, so take this with a grain of salt: Snakes and Arrows is the best album I've bought in a long time.

In all seriousness I just finished a run through most of my Deep Purple collection. I have heard bits of the new Rush album and like most of their post 80s stuff, I find it unappealing. Too much modern rock influence.

At this very moment I am listening to the newest Iron Savior release, Megatropolis. Better than their last couple albums and I recommend it to whoever enjoys power metal.
