Not that I really am, but you might want to be a little more specific with what you have. Who's going to jump to ask if you ask, does anyone need and D&D submissions? It's a little vague.

Well, I have the final version of the cybernetics rules for d20 Modern, a system of Cyberspace delving, and specific setting material for a cyberpunk campaign. Also I am working on a fantasy bent setting using the rules from d20 Modern.

Have you looked at this thread? Even though they are going completely OGL, I'm sure it will be compatible with d20 modern.
