Actually, I really wanted to make their favored class Shaman (from OA) but I didnt want to stretch that far from the core rules :)

Pity, actually - the shaman would be a great fit. Oh well...

Yeah, seriously... I prolly should just change it to Shaman eh? ;)

Oh and since this thread is about "converting" Kercpa, it should really be in the Conversions forum or possibly the CC Homebrews, not House Rules.

Just a minor nit-pick there :p

This is likely the main reason for our differing approches - I treat a thread based on the forum it's in. :p

Pretty good, yes. :)

A few issues with equipment, though.. You really didn't need to create new weapons (Kercpa Bow), as the rules for downsized weapons are in the DMG.

Initialy, the Kercpa used weapons they bought in trade with the Pixies (longswords, longbows, arrows, and sleep arrows). Perhapse you should add access to Pixie sleep arrows into the file? (They're in the MM.)

Yeah I know... I just like how "Kercpa Bow" sounded :p

Favored Class

IMO I see little Kercpa's running around as druids. Since they are little squirrel people, it's only natural for them to be one with nature, thus a druid! But hey...thats just me! :)

I agree to a certain extent... but some of the abilities that druid's acquire didnt have the right feel to them in relation to the Kercpa IMO.

I agree that the Shaman's class features have more of the right feel to them than the Druid's do.. But the Kercpa worship 'the goddess' (who takes the form of an oak tree), and Shaman don't work from deitic power, but rather from spirits.. and in the Shaman's case, it's a bit more direct than just 'worship'.

Hmm.... If anyone has a theory on how to more 'westernize' the three spirits that a Shaman draws on, and especialy how they might relate to the Kercpa goddess..
