I didn't pick any of the options... not exactly a very comprehensive list. Like any race (IMHO) there should be a variation. Fat lazy bourgeois elves, well built hulking halflings, skinny emaciated orcs and everything in between. What is the typical body type of a human? ... exactly. It's fine that there is a 'typical' for halflings in so far as the are shorter but whether they are fat and skinny ... well that should depend on the individual.
