A mischievous 4-HD incorporeal Fey Spirit. Possibly wind-y spell-like abilities and choking hazard. Knows all about Orcs, humans and Elves, but is curious about 'wee folk' like Halflings or Gnomes.

These aquatic creatures manifest a flashes of phosperesence they move at incredible speeds and have the ability to daze (as per the spell) and mesmerise those who see them. They can also deliver a painful electrical sting which can stun fish. These creatures are incorporeal and can only be hit by magic. They half virtually nonexistant attention spans and although they may have a psionic affinity all attempts to communicate have proven futile. Nonetheless it is beleived that some Merfolk actually keep these creatures as pets.
(Essentially a form of Aquatic Willowisp)
