. Half-Human is from AEG Monsters, everything else is from the main monster book. Here we go.
G’teroth, The Tiger Hell Kings (Half Fiend + Half Human template + Dire Tiger)

The Tiger Hell King is more of a formal title rather than the name of the race. The G’teroth are a race of ogre sized humanoid tigers, with blood red fur and black stripes.
They are used by more powerful fiends as assassins, and for brute force jobs on the Prime.
Combat
The G’teroth like getting their hands dirty and rarely rely on their spell-like abilities first. They tend to swoop in, claw, and bite, and rip their opponents to shreds.
Pounce (Ex): If a G’teroth leaps upon a foe during the first round of combat, it can make a full attack even if it has already taken a move action.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, the G’teroth must hit with its bite attack. If it gets a hold, it can rake.
Rake (Ex): A G’teroth can make two rake attacks (+13 melee) against a held creature with its hind legs for 1d8+3 damage each. If the half dire tiger poucnes on an opponent, it can also rake.
Spell-Like Abilities (Su) 3/day – Darkness, Poison, Unholy Aura; 1/day –Desecrate, Unholy blight, contagion, blasphemy, and horrid wilting; cast as a 16th level sorcerer.
Skills: The G’teroth receive a +4 racial bonus to Hide and Move Silently checks. *In areas of tall grass or heavy undergrowth, the Hide bonus improves to +8
