Issue #3 is the strongest so far, and the design/layout improvements are a big part of that. I can only recommend that you take a look yourself. My favorite article this issue was Ari's, and the full page art to accompany it is just gorgeous.

I haven't read that one yet, but I liked Hardboiled Adventure by Keith Baker and the Ecology of the Lich by Richard Pett. And that cover image is just gorgeous. So far I've only skimmed over about half of it...
