i haven't bought any new gaming stuff since February/March. :o

i guess i'll buy some dice and minis in August at Gen Con.

glad to see you still have the bug Merric.

I'm amazed to hear you haven't bought anything, diaglo!

I'm very much in the board-game bug at present, although I'm beginning to look at the new Wizards adventures more covetously.

Cheers!

I finally went out and sprung for my own copy of the MIC .... it's just amazing. By far one of the best/most useful books I've seen from Wizards.

Indeed. :)

Cheers!

I've recently bought:

  • subscription to Wolfgang Baur's "City of the Ghouls" adventure and to Kobold Quarterly (for the Erik Mona interview, mostly)
  • Kuntz's Bottle City and I just pre-ordered both Campaign Treasures and Daemoic & Arcane (all 3 from PPP)
  • pre-ordered the Delta Green: Eyes Only hardcover
  • WotC's Dungeonscape (my first D&D purchase from WotC since 2003, and even this was via eBay for 1/2 price)
  • bunches of used AD&D and non-TSR AD&D material from my recent trip to NJ, along with the reclamation of my Grenadier/Heritage minis collection
  • two large lots of Grenadier minis

I've been painting minis sporadically again, but need to gear up more on that for my upcoming Maure Castle campaign :D

Before that, it'd been awhile -- I'd ordered the Fief softcover via Lulu to supplement my campaign background. I was really happy with that, even though I'm not ever going to run anything *that* historical! But, now I know how much salt it takes to preserve meat and fish, and how long it might keep for. *chortle*

How's the book holding up, eGuru: I've seen spotty quality via Lulu before....

How's True Sorcery working with True20? Assuming you've tried it out yet, that is.

I've contemplated using that book with that system, but I've never been 100% sure.

Also, a "me too" on the Companion. I guess that was recent-ish. I'm probably forgetting a few other things from a month or three back, too.
