Lead-In Adventures for Red Hand of Doom?

I'm working on getting a new campaign going and am planning on basing at around Red Hand of Doom, set in Channath Vale in FR per the designers notes and sidebars.

I want to start the campaign at 1st level, though, so I need some other adventures prior to RHoD.

Any suggestions for published adventures that would be suitable?

Barrow of the forgotten king should take you from 2nd to 4th or possibly 5th lv.
Eye of gruumsh will take you from 4th to 6th lv.
You can consider stringing together a bunch of 1-shot adventures from the wotc website to take you from 1st to 4th lv.
