Leaving for Gen Con in 1 Day...WHO'S EXCITED?

Cooler, eh? It's been pushing 100 degrees (over with heat index) for the past few days. Just the right time for great storms that always seem to hit Indy during Gen Con.

Stop it...it's going to be great weather. Well, hopefully on Saturday it will be.

same here. in fact, i had to move to a new apartment on saturday - my friend and i were working for 13 hours in that heat and humidity moving furniture.

which, shouldn't be long before the first day of my vacation, which starts next thursday oddly enough.

I just finished what is likely my last day of "field work" before GenCon!

I've got quite a bit of loose ends to tie up but in terms of real work, I think I'm on vacation as of NOW!

I've regressed...

I haven't quite reached "WOOHOO!! I'm on vacation" mode just yet. I have too much at work to do before Friday. I expect elation to whack me in the face sometime late Friday afternoon/early evening.

One more Exchange upgrade this weekend and I'm pretty much free and clear. Then it's GenCon, back for a week, then off to the beach for a week or two.

I like summer.

I don't think it will be in full bloom till Friday at 5:00 or so.

I'm going to a mini-con for a few days starting tomorrow. That'll get me sufficiently warmed up for GenCon.
