The Baroness and I don't recognize the day as anything special. It's just a marketing ploy to sell cards in the dearth between New Years and Easter. We treat it like any other day.

I want to game.

If my son's mother complains that we don't do anything tomorrow night, she can sleep on the couch.
that is just..... wow.....

Neither. We game saturday, and I dont have a significant other (thank God!). I feel sorry for you married dudes. The Light just shuts off in your eyes.
Hmmm, I suppose I am one of the ones in whom the Light has grown brighter because of my wonderful wife.

Even though there is a lot of commercialism associated with the holiday, there is still an air of love in the air. She digs it and therefore so do I. I am definitely my own man, and can be stubborn to the extreme, but I tend to subscribe to the notion: "Happy wife, happy life."

Considering it's a long distance relationship and I don't game on Wednesdays... neither. ;)

My games are on weekends, I'm single, and the Valentine's Day tradition is weak in Finland. What little there is, I hate. So, I'll stay home alone and watch something cheerful, like Battle Royale or Munich.

Did you like that?

The thing is that we're living together raising our son. We aren't a couple anymore. She makes that clear on a regular basis.

Of course, if *I* don't treat *HER* that way, WWIII happens.

Some things just get old.

my wife is working late. and i'm not gaming this evening.

so i picked neither.

still probably do some snuggling. but we would do that anyway.

valentine's day is a day of mobster massacres.

I will most likely make dinner for my wife and children, rent some movies (1 for the kids, and 4 for me and the wife) and spend some good cuddle time with them all. Maybe a bottle of wine as well...but dunno

She's working, I'm working -- but we've exchanged Valentine Cards this morning, and we'll probably catch some TV tonight together. Wednesday is not a good day for a holiday. :(
