Legion Devil = Lemure?

Any ideas if the Legion Devil minion that we've seen has taken the place of the Lemure in 4e? Based on its fluff, it seems to be inhabiting the same niche the Lemure once held (hordes of hellish warriors), but wasn't sure if someone who had seen the Monster Manual might have noticed if everyone's favorite ball of semi-sentient infernal fat was in there as well.

I'd be happy if they did replace Lemurs. I could never seriously grok Lemures (Or dretches, to a lesser extent) as the foot soldiers of Hell. Legion Devils, on the other hand, seem perfect for the job.

I was having this same thought yesterday. I kinda like lemure hordes, but I'll admit legion devis DO seem to have a better fit for Hells armies.
