It's Girion, not Eldran But I'm in like Flynn!

OOC: Sorry, Helfdan, and steeldragons, I can't seem to keep the character names straight for my AD&D 1E games for anything!

 

[Leif]

OOC: Oh, never you mind what I said here before. Let's just GO already and sort everything out as we proceed.

 

[Leif]

Morning

The night passes peacefully and without an incident of any kind. Girion wakes before anyone else, his eyes coming open in the inky pre-dawn darkness. He hears sleepy footsteps in the hall, a sharp *crack* and a muffled curse. "DiddlyBlastBelow! What imbecilic motherless moron put that wall there?"

 

[Helfdan]

THe ranger opens the door to see the source of the disturbance -- after belting on his sword, of course.

 

[Leif]

Hallway

Girion sees an astoundingly intoxicated gnome attempting to navigate the hallway and make it to his room to sleep-off his all-night revelry.

 

[Helfdan]

The ranger shakes his head in wonderment. "Are you well, master gnome?"

 

[Leif]

Hallway

The Gnome looks left, looks right, seems befuddled, and then finally looks up and sees Girion's face: "There yoush are! Don't shneak up on me like that, I'm liable to turn you into something ... unnatural, I am. I sheem to have mishplashed my room. I remember it had a number on the door...."

 

[Helfdan]

Girion chuckles. "Have you a key by any chance? Mayhap the number is on it, master gnome."

 

[Leif]

Hallway

"Nope! Don't believe in keys for doors. And just to be sure I don't get locked out, I always leave the door just a little bit ajar."

 

[Helfdan]

Girion smiles and looks around to see if any doors are slightly ajar, as per the gnome's description.
