Leif's Homebrew 4E D&D Game, nee 'Leif's Keep on the Shadowfell' [IC #1] [FULL]

[sblock=Mowgli]Yep, I shamelessly stole 'wolfkin' from the way that you referred to Houwou in your game. Deal with it! :p[/sblock]

[sblock=Leif]No problem - I'm sure I didn't coin the term anyway, and the search for different ways to refer to the same characters over hundreds of posts is exhausting.[/sblock]

Elerosse

"Basher, we appreciate your taking the time to let us replenish our strength. Please be sure to let us know if and when you need time to replenish your strength.

"I think in this case we should visit Lord Paidrig first and then pay our respects to Sister Lenora and ask for her wise advice. I'm ready to move."

Elerosse finishes his last bite and digs in his pocket for some silver to pay the bill.

Mother Wrafton

"Why, thank you, kind Eladrin Sir! Three Silver should cover everything!"

OOC: That's the bill for the whole party. If you don't want Elerosse to pay for everyone, I guess you can take that up with the rest of the party?

Are you all following Elerosse to Lord Padraig's Manor? Or are there other opinions as to your next destination?

Basher7 nods at Elrosse's words.

OOC: Basher7 offered to buy a round and will pay for such. He will follow Elrosse to see the Lord.

Mother Wrafton says, "Why, thank you, um Sir? It's been a pleasure serving you. Come back anytime!"

OOC: May I assume that the entire party is making their way to the gates of Lord Padraig's Manor?

Lord Padraig's Manor

The grand manor house was built when Winterhaven was an outpost of the Nerath Empire. It is a beautiful example of stone architecture in a town otherwise comprised of thatch and wood buildings. When you get to the gates of the manor, there are two guards on duty, lounging around a bit, but dutiful, nonetheless. They greet you, and when told that you wish to see Lord Padraig, they seem to be evaluating your appearance as adventurers, and, satisfied, they allow you to enter. "Just pull the bell rope, and someone will let you in. Lord Padraig does not stand much on ceremony, he's just a reg'lar guy. You'll like him!" After ringing the bell and waiting a very short time, you are ushered in by a young (teenage) human butler and shown into a sitting room. Within about 2 minutes, Lord Padraig appears, "Ahhh, yes, good! I had just heard that some doughty fellows had come to Wrafton's and I was so hoping to have a word with you! May I offer you some refreshment?"
