OOC: I would just point out that the 'trap room', if I understand which room you mean (the first underground room where you entered the dungeon?), has numerous points of entry and does not seem to be very defensible.
Everyone begins making ready to call it a day, have some rations and whatnot, etc. (I would also point out that this would seem to be the last opportunity to use any action points, although I'm really not sure how much good those are outside of combat. Ah well, no matter, you'll all start with a fresh AP following an extended rest anyway.)
