Keep on the Shadowfell Dungeon - Splug the Goblin
There are a total of 3 cells, which you could have guess from the fact that there are three keys on the jailer's key ring, and Splug is (or was I should say) the only prisoner.
"Splug not go anywhere else, but where goblins like him are. But he has heard some stories, yes, he has heard stories about things walking these halls that were once dead, even! Splug not sure he believe these stories. There more goblins and hobgoblins of course, but the master is like you. And Splug has also heard stories that there are some slimy, gross things that are not like people or animals at all."

OOC: WD, in case you didn't already find out, here's what the Bloodcut Armor does:
[sblock=+1 Hide Bloodcut Armor]
+1 enhancement to AC always, plus it gives you this Power [Daily]: As a minor Action when you are bloodied, you can activate the special feature of this armor to gain Resist10 (All) until the end of your next turn.
