Keep on the Shadowfell Dungeon

Once the party is fully prepared, Tarrk opens the door. Before you is obviously a torture chamber. A hobgoblin wearing black leather armor and a leather mask to hide his face is sharpening wicked-looking instruments of pain with his twoe goblin assistants. You can't see very far into the room, yet, but you do see an iron maiden in the center of the room and a fire pit that the hobgoblin is standing beside. He immediately moves with haste to the western end of the room where a passage exits, brandishing the poker he was sharpening as he goes. The two goblins brandish the pokers that they are (were) sharpening and take defensive postures. Once the room is entered, you see that there is a cage or "cell" built into the SE corner, and a goblin with a bow stands before it, and there is also another goblin just to the right of the door. These last two goblins weren't visible until the room was entered.
