Leif's Homebrew 4E, OOC1

Basher7 is set up to have a lot of extra temp hp. He gets even more as he gets badly wounded. So a healer is not as much a concern for me.

"Oh, that's comforting," said the resident Monster Wrangler!

Just how am I gonna bust B7 up? Gotta work on a trash compactor trap...

Natural 1! Tough break for the Eladrin kid, Bro! Dam*, don'tcha just HATE when that happens? I make light of it, but this may well mean that you guys won't bounce through this encounter with the greatest of ease the way you have been doing. I don't think I overmatched you that badly.

Announcing New House Rule

If, for whatever reason, we skip a player's action in a combat round, like we just skipped Scotley in order to preserve what little semblance of flow we have in this game, (AHEM!) said character immediately receives as compensation ONE ACTION POINT. Note that this AP, like all APs, will vanish when the character takes his next Extended Rest, if not used before that time. So, USE 'EM OR LOSE 'EM, FELLAS!

This rule is in effect immediately, so Scotley now has 2 APs. Everyone else still has 1 AP for today, and I encourage you all to use APs liberally while you have them.

***that is all***

I haven't forgotten about the Intrepidly Valiant Eladrin Elerosse, the Fearsomely Heroic Minotaur Tarrk, and the Mechanistically Punctual Warforged Basher7! I just haven't had a lot of time to work on their next Adventure Interlude. Rest assured, though, it will happen!

Your patience is rewarded! New IC post is up.

Since there seems to be little interest remaining for continuing this game, how's about if I officially bring it to a merciful end, and we can all rid ourselves of the nuisance?

I'll probably start a new game before long to take its place, either a 4E game, a Pathfinder one, or something else. (My current two non-D&D distractions being GURPS Traveller Interstellar Wars and Mongoose Publishing's version of RuneQuest.) Most likely 4E since I have a pretty vast store of unused resources (ie. modules) for 4E that I hate to see totally wasted.

And I also have some ideas around the corners of my brain for a GURPS Old West game....

Although, if I start a new GURPS game, it will most likely be over on the GURPS boards instead of on ENWorld.
