Tracking the P. worm
Yurei scans both banks of the river for a half-mile in each direction, and finds no sign of the creature's trail on dry ground.
Eldran easily tracks the Worn to the river, which, even though it flows through forest occasionally, does not count as forest terrain, sorry. Once the trail enters the river, Eldran can follow it by the scooped-out riverbed and flattened aquatic vegetation. The problem is that Eldran can only see so well from the shore. From his vantage point, Yurei cannot make out any of the features that Eldran describes. Eldran instinctively believes that this tracking operation, if it is to be done, had best be done with a quickness, or the river's current and the actions of other aquatic creatures will obliterate what sign remains.
