Looking over this again, I think I have it down now. It should be:
+12 (Shield) / +7 (Shield) / + 4 (Bite) / +0 (Scimitar)

The +12 / +7 are your shield attacks using BAB. Your Bite attack is at +4 because it is considered a secondary attack (+9 -5 = +4), your shield is the primary attack. The Scimitar would be at +0 because there is a -10 penalty to using a one handed weapon in the off hand. There is no penalty to the shield attacks because of the Shield Master feat. If you had Two Weapon Fighting then the penalty would only be -4.

So in consolation to Leif, the fourth attack is only at +0 and is not likely to hit very often. Anyone with a bite attack can do this. If I had +6/+1 BAB I could use a Longsword and a Shortsword and use a bite attack giving me 4 attacks. Now without the proper feats the penalties would be pretty bad. He has a feat to prevent penalties with his shield, but not the Scimitar. I say give him the fourth attack. As for the alleged 5th attack, I don't know where he's getting that from. Hey HM, for some reason you seem to be adding a third shield attack on the end. Where is that coming from?

Also, the reason for the bite attack is because it's FREE! It has no negative impact on any other attacks. No penalties whatsoever. Its FREE! Why not use it? The Scimitar attack is also FREE because of the feat that removes penalties from his Shield attacks.

Some creatures combine attacks with natural and manufactured weapons when they make a full attack. When they do so, the manufactured weapon attack is considered the primary attack unless the creature’s description indicates otherwise and any natural weapons the creature also uses are considered secondary natural attacks. These secondary attacks do not interfere with the primary attack as attacking with an off-hand weapon does, but they take the usual -5 penalty (or -2 with the Multiattack feat) for such attacks, even if the natural weapon used is normally the creature’s primary natural weapon.

As for Manny, I've never seen the Summoner before. It looks like you aren't using the Eidolon ability of the class. Is that right? I don't see any stats for it, but I don't see any for your mount either. The Summon Monster ability looks really nice. No Verbal, Somatic, or Material components and 10/day? Wow. The Leopard looks really nice with pounce for 5 attacks. Too bad you don't have Augment Summoning.
Also, I can't figure out what the feats Precise Strike and Taunt are. I don't recognize them. Where are they from?
Other than that, looks good.

You're next Scotley! Where's Tylara's update?

huh? i thought the iterative attacks happen on the 6th,

Yep, 6th round. I knew that . . . not sure why I typed 5th.

His mount and his Eidolon and his leopard are one and the same; his name is Relós, and I don't have him added to the sheet yet. Rest assured, I'm using him. He looks like a small jaguar, only a little . . . off. Still pondering his second feat.

Summoner's Summon Monster is also a standard action rather than a full round, and lasts 1 minute/level rather than 1 round/level. The limiting factors are that he can have only one active at a time - no spamming - and he can't have his Eidolon and a Summon Monster active at the same time.

Precise Strike is a teamwork feat from the APG. When two (or more) folks who have the feat are flanking an opponent, attacks do +1d6 precision damage. So if Relós and Manny both have the feat, he's got a flanking buddy and all of their attacks do an additional d6 damage.

Taunt is a feat for size Small (or smaller) creatures - also from the APG - that allows the use of the Bluff skill rather than Intimidate to demoralize opponents, with no penalty for being smaller than the target of the intimidate.

OK, look, guys I'm already sick to death of all the arguing about who can get how many attacks for how much damage. How about we stick with a main hand weapon, maybe an iterative (or two someday) attack depending upon class and level, and ONE secondary weapon attack with the off-hand. Try to milk much more out of it than that, and you'll find yourselves the quarry of the Tarrasque real soon! Just sayin'....

Besides, there are so many more interesting things to do with your limited feat choices!

Saw Leif's post seems we were posting at the same time.

I will alt it back to the normal way and take out toothy.

That would be

+8/+3/+12 scimitar/scimitar/shield bash

See that +12 tells you he is left handed :p

Sorry, man - I didn't realize we were arguing. I thought we were having a discussion to figure out how the mechanics are supposed to work. But I hear you - HUA!

I'm way behind, but I don't expect it will be that difficult to convert Tylara to Pathfinder. I hope the long weekend will give me a chance to work on her.

Ready to let an arrow fly... but at 1d8+4 I think it will only make the giant mad at poor Simeon Who btw has been updated and is ready.

Only change was Bestial instead of Toothy (so now a +12 to Perception or +14 underground) and changed the Full attack around to the normal right handed attacks.
