D&D 5E Let's make some random encounter charts!

It would be great to have a collection of random encounter charts, since the DMG didn't give us many.

Why not make our own?

I've made some in my re-imagining of Cragmaw Hideout (LMoP). Also, I made some for a short adventure I wrote.

I like the first one in particular because the PCs' pace and route modifies the types of encounters they have. The faster they go, the greater the odds of a combat encounter and lower the odds of an exploration encounter, for example.
