LG vs. CE: Lawful Good is Victorious!

OOC: Stephen should have 24hp left. He had 150-38-98.

Round 212 Continued
Lady Mariangela stays put.

Round 213
St. Stephen waits, but looks readied.

In order, until the thing is dropped (not killed, so don't make extra attacks), each dragon will take a full attack and then land on the rooftop, squeezing. The order is by initiative: MR, OP, OS. For ease, all three will use +20 power attack (don't forget it's grappled).

[sblock] St. Stephen readies to cast mass cure critical wounds on everyone (not the bad guy) as soon as it is dropped. [/sblock]

OOC: St. Stephen was cured up to 136 HP before taking the 98 points of damage, and he does not regenerate, so 38 HP is correct.

OOC: I do not know if you were trying to trick me into having Gröpenführer teleport away with St. Stephen with the comment about not letting it teleport. That would not work because St. Stephen is not a willing creature, so he would be left behind.

On a similar note, I asked Gansk what would happen if a combatant tapped out while holding another creature. His answer is that the held creature would be left behind.

OOC: D'oh! Thanks for the correction. More importantly, without the healing it would have been 14 not 24. I tried to cheat against me and in my favor at the same time!

OOC2: Actually, no, I wasn't trying to trick you but thanks for the idea. :) I actually thought, at the time St. Stephen was acting, that it would be a reasonable tactic to ready to strike if the thing tries to teleport. When I got around to the dragon actions, I thought differently (call it in character). The best thing about grappling Stephen was probably the fact that the dragons cannot breathe without hitting the planetar, too.

Round 213: MR hits every time for 128+126-60. G has 54 hp left.

OP bites for 32+23-10. G has 9 hp left.

Then OP claws for 10+23-10. G is dead!

St. Stephen ends up at 95N55E40Z and sneaks in a spell just before the next combatant acts.

Everyone is healed 36 hp.

St. Stephen has 74 hp. Max is at full hp. OS is at full hp. OP has 528 hp.

Next for CE in round 213 before OS acts: an advanced death shrieker. (MM III)

A horrible apparition with a skeletal face appears at 10N75E, in sight of St. Stephen. If it survives a readied breath weapon, it flies to the east wall and taps out.

St. Stephen becomes paralyzed with fright at the sight of the creature (19+9-2 Will).

Next for CE in round 213: an old tarterian dragon. (Draconomicon)

Tarterian Dragon stats:[sblock]32 ranks in a bunch of skills you're not going to use. Feats are Alertness, Improved Initiative, Improved Sunder, Power Attack, Snatch, Wingover, Flyby Attack, Ability Focus (breath weapon), Iron Will & Adroit Flyby Attack.[/sblock]

OOC: I'm not sure if cures are subject to SR. The CLW spell says that undead can use SR, implying that no one else has to use SR.

The dragon decides to fly to the east wall and tap out instead (natural 1 Will save).

Next for CE in round 213: a ragewind. (MM II)

Okay, fine by me. ;) There's a lot of room to argue on this, so whichever way you rule it is fine.

Thank Bahamut! That was gonna hurt! Btw, does anyone on the Dream Team know how long St. Stephen will be paralyzed?

I hope he's not angry. I'm sure I wouldn't like him if he's angry.

But, remember. Don't go away mad. Just go away. :p
