The tail AoO missed anyways. It was the tail attack that hit and since Howlie didn't gather momentum, he must have been flying first, which would allow the tail attack.

If Howlie survives, he will fly around (not provoking and ending up in the same spot) and then breathe some sonics at Meineke. Let's have Meineke fail a save for once. Once.

Howlie was not hovering when the tail AoO that inflicted 24 HP hit. My post about Howlie inflicting 24 HP was after your post that Howlie cast confusion and hovered, but the AoO was before that action. Meineke is back to 81 HP. The AoO that should not have been allowed did not hit anyway, as Infiniti pointed out.

Round 158

Howlie does not dodge the blast (30 Ref save) and takes 74 points of force damage. He survives the massive damage (24 Fort save), but is down to 158 HP.

Meineke dodges the sound (32 Ref save) and takes 37 points of sonic damage. Meineke has 44 HP remaining.

Sorry that I could not accomodate either of your requests, Ugulu and Infiniti.
