Life is Broken!

It's a template. I went for the Half-Jewish template at character creation, and frankly, I can't believe my DM let me get away with it! I get double starting gold for being able to celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah, a free Circumcised feat, and free ranks in Speak: Yiddish and Knowledge: Jesus-y Stuff. And because I went for Half-Jewish, I got to avoid having to take the Jewish Mother flaw!

Sweet! Too bad I didn't think of it. Maybe for my next char...hey, I just realized that you can't retire a character and choose another! What kind of game it this? I knew I should have read the reviews before I started.

Can anyone help me min/max a French-Canadian Scientist/Adminstrator with really average scores?

I also walked into a bar and just rolled some dice to see if the attractive buxom waitress would well you know. Nope got some strange looks.
Because this game emphsizes role-playing. The DM doesn't allow you to just make a die roll for skill checks. I can't even take 20 on a Search check to kind my keys!

The only good thing about it is how thorough the rules are. There are even detailed rules for cooking and going to the bathroom! How many other systems cover that?

Rolemaster. And I bet somewhere out there is a critical table for dropping the soap.

Warhammer almost had one :)

I'm sure in an urban environment there's a troll slayer waiting-in-the-wings. :p

Insanity Points, need I say more?*
