Well, Codega twitted that they asked some "pointed questions", so it's likely that the OGL question was raised.

Considering the entire interview is happening because of everything surrounding the changes to the OGL...

It's probably happening because season 2 of Legend of Vox Machina dropped and the cast are doing a bunch of press. Given Codega's initial tweets the OGL doesn't seem to be on the agenda (edit: though it looks like it may have been added). In general, when you arrange an interview to discuss an artist's work, you don't suddenly hit them with tough questions on an unrelated topic. If you want people to continue being willing to do interviews with you, that is.

I am looking forward to seeing what the "pointed questions" are. If they relate to the OGL they were likely cleared with Mercer and Ray first. Something like "Hey, with everything happening with the OGL, many folks have suggested that you guys didn't come out very strong. Care to comment?" This isn't the kind of situation where Codega is going to ask "gotcha" questions.
