I am trying to create coplete list of substitute levels from various WOTC products.

Planar Handbook
Planar substitute levels
Sorcerer (5, 9, 13) (Force descriptor, Extraplanar Spell penetration, Spontaneus Planar Summoning)
Monk (5, 13, 16) (energy resistance, different SR, different Ki Strike)
Barbarian (3, 7, 11) (Portal Sense, Different Damage reduction, Different Rage)
Fighter (4) (??)

Races of Stone
Dwarven substitute levels
Fighter (1, 2) (Weapon Focus in all axes instead of Bonus Feat, Racial Foes)
Cleric (4) (Hammer Specialist (focus and specialization))

Goliath substitute levels
Rogue (2) (Mettle instead of Evasion)
Barbarian (1, 5, 7) (Mountain Rage, Light Fortification, Different Damage reduction)

Gnome substitute levels
????

Races of Destiny
Half-Elf substitute levels

Half-Orc substitute levels

Races of Wild
Elven substitute levels
Wizard (extra spell per level and extra spell slot at highest level, different bonus feats)
Ranger (higher skill points, lower hit dice, higher favored enemy bonuses)
Paladin (ranged smite, unicorn special mount, aura of freedom)

Halfling substitute levels
Druid

Are you only interested in WotC products? I ask because I think there were some in recent issues of Dragon, too....

For those who haven't figured it out, racial subs have three types

Favored Class (if applicable)
Iconic Class (A class that fits their abilities and temperment)
Poor Choice (This race is rarely this class because of ability or temperment)

Dwarf: Fighter (Fav) Cleric (Icon), Sorcerer (Poor)
Gnome: Bard (Fav), Illusionist (Icon), Ranger (poor)
Half-Elf: Bard/Ranger (Iconics, no FC), Fighter (Poor)
Half-Orc: Barbarian (Fav), Druid (Icon), Paladin (poor)
Goliath: Barbarian (Fav) Druid (Icon), Rogue (poor)
Elf: Wizard (Fav), Ranger (Icon), Paladin (poor)
Halfling: Rogue (Fav) ? ?
Raptoran: Cleric (Fav) ? ?
