Living Construct (wizard) and Craft Construct - questions

Good day Madams and/or Sirs.

I require the wisdom of the geeks (respectively) on EN World.

The situation is this, we will start a new campaign soon. The setting is Faerün and my DM has green-lit my character concept. The character is a Living Construct as par with the rules in MM3.

To make it short: Construct (living construct) / Wizard, made by a demigod (a character from a previous story), with +2 dex, +2 int, -4 cha, and darkvision (sort of a thiefling construct (the creator is a thiefling, and i wanted to keep the character from getting Level Adjustment, cause the DM is bitchy about LA).

If I am confusing you guys with the above mentioned, then just imagine that im talking about a Warforged wizard.

Now on to the questions:
1. Can the character use craft feats (wands, staffs, etc.) 24/7, since the living construct does not tire or needs to sleep.
2. Can the character use the Craft Construct feat to enhance it self, or any other feat for that matter?
3. If a craft a creature (homunculus, golem, shield guardian, etc.), would that construct leech XP as an individual part of the group, or would it count as being part of the user/creator, maybe count is as a cohort?
4. Do you guys know of any (arcane) crafting prestige classes?

If I don't make sense or something please point it out. :P

Thank you guys in advance.

1.Yes. You can use the craft/feat rules as normal. However, if your a spellcaster you will need 'mental rest' to cast arcane spells. So you could not work 24 hours. And a divine spellcaster would still need to stop and pray. For normal crafting, you could just make stuff 24/7 no problem. Some DM's might limit any magic creation to 'once a day' or say that you need 'rest' each day.

2.Yes, you can 'enhance yourself', the same ways, basically, any other creature can do so. Ebberon has plenty of 'warforged enhancements', for example, basically a 'magic items that is part of you'.

3.A construct or any type of additional creature, does not 'count' as part of a group. It's 'part' of you and your CR and all. Unless your DM feels it's a huge impact on the group and adjusts things.

4.Techsmith(Races of Fareun), Effey Master(Complete arcane).

1. Ah yes the mental strain part...now it makes sense.

2. Sounds good.

3. ok

4. The Techsmith is nice but i need Gond as a patron and the Effigy guy feels so limited. (I know i know...stop whining :P).

Thanks a lot.
